ANDEMCA Investigations was not built to be a high-volume surveillance company.
We are not interested in becoming another vendor that measures success by the number of assignments pushed through the system. We believe some cases deserve more experience, more judgment, and more attention than a high-volume model can provide.
Those are the cases we want.
More than 30 years of surveillance experience has taught us that difficult cases are rarely solved by simply adding more surveillance hours.
They require understanding patterns of life, selecting the right time to initiate surveillance, knowing when to move closer, knowing when to remain patient, and recognizing when changing tactics can produce a better result.
Experience matters most when the obvious approach has already failed.
ANDEMCA intentionally limits the number of assignments we accept so that each case receives the attention it deserves.
That allows us to focus on:
We would rather conduct fewer investigations exceptionally well than handle a large volume of assignments adequately.
When appropriate, our clients have direct access to the investigator actually conducting the surveillance.
Important information does not always need to travel through multiple layers of case management before reaching the person in the field. Direct communication allows new information, changes in strategy, or unexpected developments to be addressed quickly while the investigation is still underway.
Every surveillance hour should have a purpose.
Our goal is not to generate hours. It is to generate useful information.
If circumstances indicate that continuing surveillance is unlikely to provide additional value, we believe the client should know. Likewise, when an investigator identifies an opportunity that may significantly improve the outcome of an assignment, that information should be communicated while there is still time to act on it.
ANDEMCA Investigations is best suited for clients who are looking for more than coverage.
We are looking to become the investigative resource you call when the assignment is difficult, the exposure is significant, previous efforts have been unsuccessful, or the outcome simply matters too much to leave to chance.
We don’t want all of your cases. We want the cases where experience can make the difference.
